Itinerary Flexibility: All planned locations will be visited, but the order of sightseeing stops might change based on timing
Communication: An essential WhatsApp group will be created for all co-passengers for important, timely updates and instructions
Train Reservation: Train tickets are booked 60 days in advance as a complimentary service. Due to computerized booking, we cannot guarantee lower berths or a single coach for everyone, and we ask for your cooperation. If you wish to book your own train tickets, inform us 65 days ahead, and the fare will be deducted from your package cost
Seating Arrangement: On the bus/Tempo, the first few seats are reserved for passengers with genuine physical issues. All other seats will be rotated
Joining Point: Inform us of your specific joining location (Ratnagiri, Pune, Mumbai, etc.) at least 65 days prior to the tour for smooth booking arrangements
Payment Deadline: Please pay the full tour amount 30 days before the trip
